Nonprofit human services organization helping individuals with disabilities or disadvantages reach their full potential.
Mental health recovery takes more than four walls and a roof, but it's a good start.
Shangri-La has been serving communities in Oregon since 1963. We exist to help individuals with disabilities and families with disadvantages recognize and achieve their full potential.
In 2019-2020, we served just over 1,000 individuals at programs in Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Linn, Benton, Lincoln and Lane counties. We employ around 400 people, the majority of which are essential workers.
